Testimonials – The Perfect Example of Social Proof

Today social proof is more important than ever. Social proof via testimonials, reviews star ratings and social engagement stats is all about instilling trust and confidence in those who visit your website, blog, social media platforms, etc., and providing proof that your claims are true. The end result is the increased ability to influence the purchase decision. Social proof via testimonials can mean the difference between high converting sales pages or inadequate performers.

To set the readers frame of mind, you can start a Testimonial post with something like this:

“Another satisfied customer shares a success story…”
“Another satisfied customer…”
“Another well done job…”
